Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your  order, we will offer a full refund if returned within 30 days of receipt.

 Please ensure your return meets the following standards: 

• The package must be sent physically from within the United States  

• The product is in its original state and packaging 

• Apparel has the original tags attached

• Panther Society is not responsible for shipping back returns or exchanges. Returns or exchanges are at the customer’s expense.  

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your name, order number, and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the return.
